1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CCGO platform (accessible at ccgo.ai), including any associated services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CCGO.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your account with any third party.
- Accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify CCGO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
CCGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, contains false or misleading information, or has been compromised. Accounts are non-transferable.
3. Services Description
CCGO provides a virtual card issuance and management platform that enables users to:
- Issue Visa and Mastercard branded virtual cards for online payments and subscriptions.
- Manage multiple virtual cards through a centralized dashboard.
- Fund wallets via supported payment methods including USDT, bank transfer, and PayPal.
- Access merchant and agent management tools for business users.
- Participate in referral and agent programs subject to eligibility requirements.
The availability of specific card networks, funding methods, and features may vary by jurisdiction. CCGO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular service feature.
4. Fees and Pricing
CCGO charges fees for certain Services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Card issuance fees for creating new virtual cards.
- Transaction fees applied to purchases made with virtual cards.
- Wallet recharge fees or processing fees depending on the funding method.
- Currency conversion fees when transactions are processed in currencies other than the card’s base currency.
- Monthly or annual maintenance fees as applicable.
All applicable fees are displayed within the platform prior to transaction confirmation. CCGO reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time with reasonable notice to users. Continued use of the Services after fee changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
5. Wallet and Balance
Your CCGO wallet stores funds that can be used to issue and fund virtual cards. By using the wallet feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Wallet balances are not bank deposits and are not insured by any governmental agency.
- Funds must be loaded from verified payment sources in accordance with our AML/KYC policies.
- CCGO may place holds or restrictions on wallet funds if suspicious activity is detected.
- Wallet balances may be subject to minimum and maximum limits as determined by CCGO.
- Withdrawal of wallet funds is subject to verification requirements and processing times.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Purchasing illegal goods or services, including but not limited to illicit drugs, weapons, or stolen property.
- Engaging in unauthorized multi-accounting or creating accounts using false identities.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the platform.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services or its infrastructure.
- Using the Services to circumvent sanctions, export controls, or other regulatory restrictions.
- Reselling or redistributing the Services without express written authorization from CCGO.
- Any activity that violates applicable Visa or Mastercard network rules and regulations.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of wallet balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of CCGO or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Services without prior written consent from CCGO.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCGO, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.
In no event shall CCGO’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to CCGO in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
CCGO does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk.
9. Termination
CCGO may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Failure to complete required identity verification or KYC procedures.
- Extended periods of account inactivity.
- Request by law enforcement or other government agencies.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any remaining wallet balance, after deducting any outstanding fees or liabilities, may be returned to you subject to applicable verification and compliance procedures.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hong Kong.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
12. Modifications to Terms
CCGO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, in-platform notification, or by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
